World of Warcraft Class Question.?
World of Warcraft Class Question.?
Should I play a Shaman or a Rogue? My past experiences are 70 Warrior and Lock. I PvP\’d with both and loved my warrior but really hate caster classes tbh. I do not like leveling my Shaman because after every pull I am oom. I hear that it will be like that until I dual-wield and then Mana Shield=Full Mana all the time. But Rogues are also a lot of fun to play. They seem to own PvP and End Game dps. Please, anyone with any experiences playing both classes fell free to comment.
One thing about playing an end game Shaman is, of course, gearing for all 3 specs… Keeping that in mind I would have to choose a spec and stick with it. Enhance or Elemental.First Step
I haven\’t gotten very far with a shaman. But i can understand why you don\’t like caster classes. It\’s time consuming and annoying while your standing there getting meeleed while your casting a spell. Though shaman\’s are fun, they\’re great in defense. If you enjoyed a warrior, try a rogue. I enjoyed playing with a rogue. It\’s a fast paced class, but keep in mind if you already tried with a warrior, you might not feel that big of a difference.

- Rogue, definitely. Even though I hate them cause of their 3-hit kills in the BGs with their stealth-crit attacks. You\’ll be able to pwn a lot more efficiently with a lot less skill and effort put into it =)
- Shamans are obviously the more wanted class for raids and groups. They can heal great at 70 and their dps with both enhancment and elemental kicks butt. It out does a rogue by a lot and shamans are great in PvP being restoration for earth sheild. Rogues are fun and great for PvP. If you are doing PvP go with rogue. They also do high dps in raids but that\’s about it. I do suggest a shaman because they can be melee or caster dps or just heal. Anyways there aren\’t a lot of shamans…for alliance.
Happy hunting.
