What does the mod Cartographer do?

First Step

Cartographer shows you all of the map that you haven\’t explored. It will provide a way point arrow also to show you the direction you need to be going. But in my honest opinion cartographer is a pain in the ***. It will mess up a lot of other MODS, or at least currently it does. I would wait to get that until the update of it is released.
